FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from advisory, staffing, and implementation partners.

Does Harmony replace our consultants or contractors?
No. Harmony is designed to take on the operational coordination work that often consumes valuable PM time, things like schedule upkeep, follow-ups, RAID updates, status preparation, and cross-team coordination. That allows your senior consultants, PMO leaders, and delivery professionals to stay focused on higher-value work such as stakeholder leadership, governance, change management, problem-solving, and strategic execution.

For many partners, that means a stronger delivery model: humans lead, Harmony helps keep the work moving. In some situations, Harmony can reduce dependence on purely administrative coordination effort, but the goal is not to displace your firm. The goal is to help you deliver better outcomes, more consistently, and at greater scale.
Do clients need a new tool, dashboard, or seat licenses?
No. Harmony is built as headless-AI, so clients do not need a new dashboard or a new application for teams to learn. Harmony works through the systems and communication channels the client already uses, such as email, chat, meetings, documents, and project plans.

That is a big part of the value. Instead of asking teams to adopt another tool, Harmony shows up like a dependable coworker inside the existing environment. There are also no traditional per-user seat license requirements for teams to begin working with Harmony.
Can we attach our own services to Harmony opportunities?
Yes. In fact, that is one of the main reasons this model can work well for PMO strategy, transformation, implementation, and staffing firms.

Coworked owns the Harmony product sale, security review, contracting, onboarding, and product support. Partners remain free to sell their own advisory, delivery, staffing, adoption, governance, or change management services around the opportunity. The relationship is meant to create room for both parties to do what they do best.
What security and compliance expectations can Coworked support?
Coworked is built for enterprise environments and supports formal security review processes. Through our Trust Center, we can provide access to security documentation, including our SOC 2 report and ISO 27001 certificate, and we can support additional discussions needed for enterprise review. Where appropriate, Coworked can also execute a BAA for HIPAA-related requirements.

Harmony is designed to work within enterprise systems through secure connections rather than forcing customers into a separate front-end environment, which can simplify adoption and fit more naturally into existing operating models.
Can we start with one account or one practice area?
Yes. That is the preferred way to start.

We do not expect a broad rollout across your entire firm on day one. The best starting point is usually one account, one practice area, or one clear client situation where Harmony can help expand delivery capacity and reduce coordination burden. From there, both teams can learn quickly, prove value, and decide whether to expand.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Not in the initial model.

Coworked’s partner approach is designed to be non-exclusive and easy to operate. We may work with other firms, including firms that serve similar client needs, and partners remain free to work with other solutions and service providers. This keeps the model simple, avoids channel conflict, and lets both parties focus on real opportunities rather than territory management.
What kinds of partners are the best fit?
The best partners are firms that already have trusted relationships with PMO, transformation, IT, operations, and delivery leaders, and that lead with outcomes rather than labor alone.

That typically includes:
- PMO advisory and transformation firms
- project and program delivery specialists
- staffing firms that support enterprise PMOs
- consultancies that can help clients adopt new delivery models and operationalize change

The strongest fits are partners who can recognize when a client is constrained by PM capacity, coordination overhead, inconsistent execution, or too much project work relative to available leadership bandwidth.
