Onboarding Harmony

Add AI Project Managers. No new seats. No new dashboards.

Coworked Harmony is an AI Project Manager coworker that performs the role inside the systems, tools, and processes your teams already run. Start on one program and expand across your portfolio, running more transformation with the headcount you already have.

How We Work

1. Crawl: Start on one program

Harmony onboards and performs the PM role on a single program: owning RAID, schedule, status, meetings, and follow-through end to end.

2. Walk: Expand the portfolio

Connect Harmony to your core PPM/SPM and put it on more programs, owning delivery across streams so your senior PMs focus on strategy and stakeholders.

3. Run: Scale the PMO

Harmony becomes a baseline execution layer across the enterprise, performing the role consistently across the full portfolio.

Value Focused

Capacity, not headcount

Run two to three times the programs one PM can supervise today. Your commitment scales with the programs Harmony performs, not the people who touch it.

Everyone collaborates, no seats

Your whole organization works with Harmony over email, chat, and voice. No per-user licenses, so looping in a vendor or stakeholder costs nothing.

Knowledge that compounds

The longer Harmony runs on your delivery, the sharper it gets at it, learning how your organization actually delivers and keeping that knowledge when people leave.

Focus on the Work, Not the Tool: You are securing a resource to do the work, not buying another dashboard your team has to learn and update.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about onboarding Harmony and securing your project data.

Is our proprietary project data secure?
Absolutely. Coworked is SOC 2 Type II certified. Harmony operates within your secure environment, adhering to your existing enterprise data governance policies. We do not train external public models on your proprietary project data.
What happens if a project pauses or gets delayed?
The Engagement Model is built on fluid capacity. If a project stream pauses, that active engagement slot opens up. You can immediately assign Harmony to a different initiative, ensuring you never pay for idle capacity.

What we hold ourselves to

Start With One Initiative.

Pick a program. We hold ourselves to three measures: how well Harmony performs the role, the capacity it returns, and progress against the program's expected value.
